A Night to Remember: Album Drops at Midnight, Live at 2AM
Some nights are just built different.
On July 17th, 2025, at exactly 2:00 AM, Artie 5ive hit the stage at Praja in Gallipoli with the kind of energy you don’t forget. Just an hour earlier, his brand-new album had dropped — and the crowd knew every word already.
This wasn’t just a show. It was a moment. And I was there with my Nikon D850, ready to capture every second of it.
Sottosopra Festival: Italy’s Urban Summer Capital
Held every summer in the blazing heart of Southern Italy, the Sottosopra Festival has become the go-to event for Italy’s urban music scene. From Guè to Shiva, Rose Villain to Paky, and now Artie 5ive, the biggest names in the game come here to leave their mark.
And Praja, one of Italy’s most iconic open-air clubs, turns into a true arena of light, energy, and connection.
If you’re on that stage, you’re not just performing — you’re making a statement.
The Build-Up: Hype, Stories, and Midnight Streams
At midnight, the album went live. Fans instantly started sharing it, looping tracks, lighting up their Stories with fresh drops.
As the night heated up, you could feel the electricity building in front of the stage.
The warm-up DJ kept things tight, but the energy was clearly building toward something else — something major.
By 2:00 AM, everyone was locked in. The moment had arrived.
Nikon D850: Night Shoots, Zero Compromise
Photographing a fast-paced, strobe-lit show at 2 AM isn’t for the faint-hearted. But the Nikon D850 delivered exactly what I needed:
- Incredible low-light performance
- High ISO clarity
- Dynamic range that holds even under strobe chaos
From the pit to the wings, the camera let me freeze emotion, sweat, smoke, and connection — all in razor-sharp detail.
The Show: Raw, Personal, Powerful
Artie 5ive didn’t just perform.
He owned the moment.
This was more than just a concert — it was a celebration, a ritual, a launch party in real time.
Each bar hit harder, each beat dropped with precision.
Fans were singing along to tracks that had dropped only 60 minutes earlier.
That’s connection. That’s impact.
The Photos: No Filters. Just Truth.

What I aim for is emotional honesty.
The sweat, the chaos, the intimacy of an artist in full flow.
From behind the scenes to the front row, I followed the rhythm — not just to shoot images, but to tell the real story.
Who Is Artie 5ive?
For those new to his name, Artie 5ive is one of the most exciting emerging voices in Italian trap and urban music.
After a string of viral hits and rising hype throughout 2024, he dropped his latest album on July 17th, 2025, showcasing a darker, more evolved sonic identity.
Tracks like “”Malboro”, “7eleven” e “LifeisLife”” are already buzzing across Spotify and TikTok — and his Sottosopra set was his first major post-release performance.
Afterparty Vibes: Raw, Real, and Epic with the Bro Berri Crew
When the lights went down and the Praja stage closed, the night was far from over.
The afterparty was absolutely epic — full of raw energy, laughter, and the kind of music that doesn’t need a spotlight.
We kicked it off with the Bro Berri crew, between spontaneous freestyles, deep beats, and the type of vibes you only get when the official part ends — but the real night begins.
These are the moments you won’t find on Spotify — but if you were there, you felt it.
Music Photography That Goes Deeper
To me, live photography isn’t just about sharp images or fast shutter speeds.
It’s about trust, timing, and truth.
Knowing when to disappear and when to lean in.
Reading the room — and telling its story.

Final Words
This wasn’t just a performance.
It was a declaration.
For Artie. For the fans. And for me — behind the lens, chasing the energy, frame by frame.
Because sometimes, music isn’t just heard. It’s seen.
